  2. Attach a copy of the KSL Accounts receipt as proof of payment of the graduation fee.

The School may take photographs and audiovisual recordings during the graduation ceremony for official School-related purposes, including publications, reporting, the School website and official social media platforms.

Note: The School will handle personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019. Where consent is declined, processing of photographs or recordings will be undertaken only where another lawful basis applies under the Act.

Academic attire

Graduands must wear full academic attire. Attire will be issued from 25 November 2026 and returned by 16 December 2026. Late returns will attract a penalty of KSh 100 per day.
